animal story book report

This is for my book report

Ahhh, schools out and I have all this free time, thought Bob, although it is boring. So he called Will, his best friend.
"Hey Will," said Bob.
"Yeah?" replied Will.
Bob asked, "Wanna go to the zoo?"
"Sure" Will said enthusiastically.
So then they went to John Muir Zoo. At the zoo Bob sees Eric, the male Nubian giraffe, doing something like an awkward dance while ramming the door. After awhile Bob understands the giraffe, he wants to be free so he decides to tell Will. "Umm Will, I think the giraffe wants to get out and be free."
"What a load of nonsense" Will snorted, "You some kind of animal mind reader?"
Bob was about replied when he was interrupted, "N-" When there was a loud BANG rattle coming from the giraffe's cage!
"Hey, what happened?" a zookeeper yelled. Apparently a by passer was walking by when Eric kicked the door and the by passer fell over with shock.
"Guess you were right" said Will. So they made a very, very mischievous plan to get Eric out. Step N. 1. Cause a diversion to get rid of people 2. Make a trail of leaves for Eric to follow 3. steal the keys 4. open the door. They replaced step 2 with coax him and they were lucky with 3. When they started to coax Eric our the Nubian giraffe became frightened and caused a commotion and the boys were caught.
"What were you thinking!!!" yelled Bob and Will's mom in unison. Before they could reply they were grounded from today to mid June.

But when mid June came they went to the zoo and 3 weeks passed. All they did on those weeks was teach Eric that they were friendly. Then they redid their scheme. But this time they silently scared Eric to the game reserve. They were almost there when they heard WEEE WOOOOOH. It was the police! Muffled, they heard the radio "yea, I'm sure the giraffes there, look up." But just then the car started honking! There was a robber! But the diversion was just what they needed so they got away. When they got to the game reserve they saw Kara, the game warden.

"What are you doing here? Huh?" Kara gruffly asked.

"Uhhh" replied Bob. Will was speechless.

"Well?"

"You see."

"I won't tell, promise." She said reassuring.

"Promise?"

"Promise."

Suddenly Will blurted out, " We want to give Eric a free life, can you take him in?"

"Might as well, I can't get him out now that he's inside." Kara said, pointing to Eric.

"Thanks," the boys said and ran off.

From that day on Bob visited the game reserve everyday possible, Eric wanted to be a game warden and Kara was excited about the baby giraffe Eric and his mate had.
